Many girls tend to miss school during their menstruation periods due to lack of facilities for menstruation hygiene management. At Jars of Clay Uganda, we are stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue.

Working with schools and families, we identify and reach out to girls to manage this sensitive yet crucial part of their lives. Activities include:

• Distribution and training in making reusable sanitary pads
• Menstruation calendar training
• Hygiene management
